I use movement to explore both seen and unseen dimensions of the self, cultivating a genuine and enduring sense of connection and community for participants and observers alike.

I am the truest version of myself when creating, and I strive to live in that space as much as possible. Working from an empowered and grounded state allows me to remain present, make clear and confident choices, and adapt to uncertainty and new challenges. While I may guide the direction of a work and orchestrate its moving parts, what I love most about the choreographic process is that the final product becomes something larger than myself—shaped by the many people, influences, and experiences that ultimately define it.
