About

Originally from Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey, Morgan received her training at the Irine Fokine School of Ballet under the direction of Irine Fokine and Jeanette Hoffman. In 2013, Morgan graduated summa cum laude with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Marketing from Butler University. While at Butler, she had the privilege of dancing Myrtha in Giselle, The Mistress in Paul Taylor’s Le Sacre du Printemps (The Rehearsal), and Nacho Duato’s Por Vos Muero. Morgan was the recipient of multiple performance and academic awards, alongside earning a Butler Summer Institute Research grant in 2012 to begin exploration for her Honors Thesis. Additionally, she created new works for Butler Ballet's Student Choreography Showcase from 2009 to 2012.

In August 2013, Morgan became an inaugural member of Kansas City Ballet’s (KCB) Second Company. Her repertoire with KCB includes works by Michael Pink, Victoria Morgan, Septime Webre, George Balanchine, Todd Bolender, Devon Carney, and Anthony Krutzkamp. Alongside KCB, Morgan performed with Moving Arts.
In 2015, Morgan joined Wonderbound, Denver's premier contemporary ballet company, under the leadership of Garrett Ammon and Dawn Fay. Since joining Wonderbound, she has originated 20+ roles in works by Garrett Ammon and Ballet Master/Assistant to the Artistic Director Sarah Tallman. Morgan also had the privilege of performing at the 2017 Vail Dance Festival with Wonderbound, dancing to live music from the Denver-based alternative hip-hop band Flobots.

As a choreographer, Morgan created 2 works for Wonderbound's Wonderlab, a platform developed to provide company artists with the opportunity to explore their individual choreographic voices. She has also choreographed for independent artist collectives in Denver, various dance schools in the Denver and Kansas City Metro areas, and set her work, In the Moment of Not Knowing, on KCB's Second Company. In 2024, Morgan created a work for KCB's production of New Moves. Most recently, her choreography was featured at the 2025 Regional Dance America Mid-States Festival, and she was selected as one of 4 choreographers for the prestigious National Choreographers Initiative in July 2025. ​

Outside of performing and choreographing, Morgan served on the Board of Directors for Kabbalah Experience, a non-profit organization for adult spiritual education. She currently serves as Board Secretary for New Paradigm Dance Theater, a youth, adult, and adaptive performance company in Westminster, CO. Moreover, Morgan has taught ballet, pre-pointe, pointe, repertoire, and contemporary movement and partnering to students ages 5-24 throughout the Denver and Kansas City Metro areas. With a love for writing, she has also been a resume consultant with Let's Eat, Grandma, helping job seekers earn their dream roles. Morgan loves exploring the local food scene, staying connected with family and friends, taking a walk in one of Colorado's beautiful parks, and spending time with her cat, Berry.
